Mason turns 5...

I LOVE birthday month! On March 7th, we celebrated Mason's 5th birthday. So fun to love on our sweet boy. Mason started counting down 30 days before his big day, and had it planned for weeks. He wanted to wake up, have his cupcake, run through streamers, open his birthday gifts, followed by a big birthday breakfast, the zoo, chickfla, and Willies for dinner. A busy day!

While this seems like yesterday, we have enjoyed being able to raise this amazing "little" boy.

Mason you are such a tremendous blessing. There are so many things I love about you. Your tender heart, how you love your sisters, your love of learning, your joy of read the bible, how you love to give gifts and think of others, your knowledge that way surpasses your years, your attention to detail, how you love spending time with your daddy, and the fact that you will always give your mommy a hug and kiss when I ask! I am so thankful I get to be your mommy!

Backyard fun...

The fact that Reagan is walking is great when we are outside. She still tries to eat the grass, but just not as much:-). I haven't taken "just because" pictures with my camera in so long. It was so fun for me to capture the kids just playing in the backyard. 

 Reagan knows Micah is coming for her...

11 months and walking...

Reagan was 11 months on the 20th, and is our earliest baby to walk. She is all over the place, and now prefers walking to crawling. She will fall and just pop back up and start walking again. She is just the sweetest girl who doesn't know a stranger. She smiles at everyone she sees, and will go with anyone.

These are some of the ones I was trying to get for her 11 month picture. I knew it would be challenging with her on the move... so this is how we started.

 Then I turned on some music... she always dances when she hears music!

 Then I asked Mason for some help... no one can make her laugh like her Mason!

 Then we just walked out of the picture...

 Then we started dancing again...

 And finally, mommy got one she loved!

 And this is just adorable! Reagan is the lightest sleeper ever, so I can't even open the door to her room to check on her at night. On Thursday, it was 8:50 and she was still asleep. I went in to wake her up and she didn't hear me. Sometimes I wish time would just stand still!

Baby dedication...

On February 2nd, we had Reagan's baby dedication at church.  A sweet time for our baby girl, and time to commit to raising her in the church. We had Micah's and Whitten's together when they were babies, and this time it was Truett and Reagan's turn.
