Mason One Day Old...

Today I finally could get out of bed, and had a chance to take a couple of pictures of Mason. He makes the cutest facial expressions . It's amazing how much we already love this little guy. He is so sweet!

Special Blessings...

Mason is here...

Mason Craig Bellamy was born on Saturday, March 7th at 8:52am after 19 hours of labor. All I have to say is thank goodness for epiderals!! I don't know how or why any one would go through the labor process without one! We will post information about God's grace and perfect timing later, but wanted to get some pictures out of our special blessing from God. He is so precious!!!

Mason is on his way...

Finally!! We know that Mason is on his way as my water broke this afternoon about 1:30. God definitely has his hand upon us as it is perfect timing. I am so excited that my mom gets to be here. Mason will be our joy in the midst of sorrow! For those of you who don't know, my grandmother passed away on Monday, and the funeral was yesterday (Thursday). Today is the first day that my mom could even come.

Mason is going to be our compassionate son... he was just waiting for his grandma to be able to be here. Both of our mom's are on there way, and now we are just waiting for Mason to get here. Contractions are regular, but still just the start of labor. We are so excited that he is coming on Friday (or Saturday) so that Craig will be able to spend his entire week off with him! We are so blessed, and can't believe we get to meet our little boy soon! We will keep you posted!

Unbelievable...

Not that we haven't had Mason yet, but I just got the pictures I asked one of my students to draw for me. The pictures spell out Mason's name, and they are unbelievable! The detail is amazing, and they are better than I could have ever imagined! Thank you Reid! You are so talented!

The pictures don't do justice, but I wanted you to get an idea of what they look like. Mason's room is completely done, now we are just waiting for our little guy!

Still Waiting...

The big question is "When is Mason coming?" I wish we had a great answer but we are still waiting. We just went to the doctor, and Mason is just not ready to come out yet. Mason's due date is Friday, February 27th, but according to the sonograms we took one said his due date was March 6th and the other said March 7th. Obviously at this point he could come at any time, but looks like we will be waiting a little longer. Our doctor didn't exactly say when he would induce, but I am thinking it won't be until at least March 9th, which at this point sounds so far away. We trust that God will bring him in his perfect timing! We just can't wait to meet our little boy!

Baby Room...

Here are a couple of pictures of Mason's baby room. We are pretty much done, except for some pictures that will go above his crib. One of my students is drawing some pictures for us. They will definitely bring everything together.

Craig's mom made all of our bedding! She did an amazing job. It is exactly what we wanted...... We are about 5 weeks away! We can't wait!!!
