Summer 2015... Part 1

Summer 2015 (Part 1)... longest post ever! But here is to catching up. This is our ambitious summer to do list. We accomplished most of it. We did have a blast!

We rode bikes and played outside a lot! The weather was a lot more milder this summer.

Of coarse you ride a bike in a princess dress and boots...

 Doctor visit...playing I spy!

Micah's favorite Awanas teacher... Mrs. Betty.

 Orange Leaf...

 The many looks of Reagan...

 Coloring mommy...
What a great view from my perspective...Reagan runs a 100 miles an hour, but she still will sit with her mommy.

"Micah don't you think you need to put on a different outfit? It is hot and it doesn't match." Micah - "Mom this is just how God made me!"

Reagan loves to facetime with Elmo...
On this day I had a lot of responsibility with MOPS with running a retreat, I booked a wedding, and then sweet Micah comes up and says, "Mom can you be the Rollie Pollie holder?" As she and Reagan eagerly ran to get rollie pollies and bring them back to me." I realized that despite the busyness of the day and all I had accomplished, being the Rollie Pollie holder was by far the most important!

Mommy date to Altitude Trampoline Park...
 Queso and lemonade for lunch...
 First swim of the summer...

Reagan got her nails painted with big sister....

 Slip and slide...

 Champ camp...
 I painted a room...
 Our neighbor Joey and Mason...
 Gracie and Micah playing princesses...

 Finished product...
Our sweet friends the McDaniels came to visit. What a special treat. Jordan helped Micah put this outfit together. 4 going on 14!

What a sweet treat! Mrs. Powell was my neighbor growing up and is 91 almost 92.

Judy was my coach in high school, and is Mrs. Powells niece. Small world!
Mrs. Christie with Micah and Gracie....

This is what happens when you are at South Padre. You fall asleep at the dinner table!
First swim at GiGi and PaPas.

Waiting for the dolphin watch...

Reagan taking a nap in a big girl bed with Scout...

Lighthouse visit...

Reagan waving to Mason, Micah and Daddy....
Family movie night...
Schlitterbaun.... this is what helped Reagan overcome her fear of the water!

Micah rode this slide over 100 times no exaggeration!

And this is what happens when you walk up that many stairs over and over... asleep at the restaurant.

Margo's sno cones!!!

And this never happens!
Pirate Cruise... the kids had so much fun!

We even let them paint us like pirates...

Micah found the most treasures so she got a special prize... I just think they thought she was really cute.
Fireworks from the ship...

Family picture....
Who knows?... I think it was lip gloss...
We walked in the Berges Fest parade...

MOPS group that walked...

Fathers day present....
I love how they love each other....

Mason made me a lego coffee maker....
So Mason said if Micah did something for him she could sleep in his room for 3 days. After night one he said that was a really really bad idea because Micah kept him up and didn't let him sleep. However, he kept his word and they had a 3 night sleep over.
First haircut...

Feeding the ducks...

We were getting our car detailed so Micah and I had some time to kill. I took her to get her nails painted. She was in heaven!

You never know what you will find with Micah... I walked in and Batman was drawing....
Vacation Bible School...
Mason made a lego duck pond... he amazes me!
Ms. Staci came for dinner...

Truett's birthday party at Kiddy Park...

All smiles when waiting for cake...

Then when went to Fort Worth to see the Crosses!!! We had the best time. Not as crazy as you would expect with 7 kids 7 and under.

Amazing firework show!

Working on organizing the office supply closet....
Mason made me a Lego camera... he amaze me!

Painted my front door red! Absolutely LOVE it!

Our favorite projects...a Kelly Kit that we get in the mail every month. The kids LOVE them!
