RSV...

What a week! Last Saturday, Mason woke up with a horrible cough and running nose, and that was just the beginning. By Tuesday, he had RSV and was miserable. Luckily my mom flew up Tuesday night, otherwise I would have had to take the whole week off. I don't know what we would do without her.

Mason is finally feeling better, but unfortunately now I have a bad cold. I can't even tell you how many times I have been thrown up on, coughed on, and sneezed on this week. Just thankful he is so much better! 5 out of the 7 infants in his class were out the entire week probably all with RSV. Hopefully, we are on the down hill part and pray we don't have to go through this again!

I will post some pictures soon. I obviously didn't take any through the week, but got some cute ones of Mason last night.

Cousins...

This weekend Mason and I went to Austin to visit family and give Craig a chance to study for a certification test. We had such a great time, and Mason had a blast playing with my cousins' little ones. They were so cute together. These are a couple of pictures of Mason, Owen and Araceli. I am sure the next time we get them together Mason will be running right along with them.
Mason loved this drawing table. He has one, but I haven't put it together. I thought he was too young, but he kept going back to it. Of coarse, we had to try to keep the chalk out of his mouth.

Owen and his adorable smile!

All three of them together. Owen is almost exactly a year older than Mason, and Araceli is a year and 4 months older.

Best of Christmas 2009

Better late than never. I finally had a chance to edit our pictures from Christmas. It already seems like this was so long ago. Enjoy!

Black and White Favorites..

There is just something about the simplicity of black and white pictures that I love especially when they are of my sweet boy! On the first couple he kept trying to grab the light coming through the door. He couldn't figure out why it would disappear when he got to it. His shadow was covering it up, and it was quite entertaining to watch.

Happy Birthday Aunt Patsy!!!

Happy Birthday Aunt Patsy!!! This morning I thought I would have Mason help me tell Aunt Patsy Happy Birthday. The problem was I took him away from his "Learning Numbers" DVD and he was not happy. Plus, I think tooth number 8 is on the way. As always, I was running late this morning so this is what we got. The sign says " Happy Birthday Aunt Patsy!" We love you!
This was why do I have to do this. I was having fun watching my video!

10 months...

I am 10 months old and I am such a big boy! I don't like wearing sock and hats and take them off when my mommy or teachers put them on.
I love being pushed around in my car.
I want to hold my own bottle.
I sometimes lose things under the couch, but I know how to find them.
My top is one of my favorite toys. I know how to pick it up when it is spinnning.... I have to be very careful.
See I did it!
I try to get the blinds before my mom puts them up. I like to look out the window.
I love my dump truck Uncle Jarrod gave me.
I still make a basket when mommy asks me to.
I like my trucks...
I get to eat "big people" spaghetti.
I usually make a big mess.
I can even eat Graham crackers all by myself.

I dump out my big legos out of my dump truck to play with them.
I weigh 22 1/2 pounds. I would much rather feed myself. I am so close to walking. I can walk if I hold on to the couch. I say "da da" every time I see my daddy. I have 7 teeth, and I had the last 3 all come in at the same time and it didn't hurt. I didn't even let my mom know they were coming. I love going to school and playing with my friends! Mommy says I look like a little boy now rather than a baby. I am a big boy!
