I have to admit that I prayed and prayed that the baby wouldn't come before the party. I really wanted Mason and Micah to feel loved and celebrated! However, the weather outlook was not good! It was rainy all day Friday and Saturday, and I was really disappointed. As I was getting ready for the party, I realized our goal is to make them feel celebrated and that would happen whether we had perfect weather or not. They are 4 and 2... they don't care! We were blessed that the rain cleared and we were still able to have the bounce house and pinata fun outside! It was really a fun party! So thankful for all of our friends that helped us celebrate our little ones. We are blessed!
My mom made the cakes and cupcakes and did an unbelievable job! Not only do they look amazing, they taste exceptional as well! Both were better than I could have imagined. We couldn't have pulled the party off without her help!
Bounce house fun... who knows went on out there with all those boys and their light sabers. I think some dads were making sure no one got hurt:-)
Mason's favorite part of the party...the R2D2 pinata which was bigger than him. My mom got it made in Mexico for $25. Crazy I know! The kids loved it!
The kids ready to attack...we started with the pool noodle light sabers we made before we brought out the wooden stick.Daddy had to step in a break it...
PaPa and GiGi got Mason and Micah bikes for their birthdays! Mason got a bigger one, while Micah got the cutest pink tricycle ever with her own bike helmet. She always tries to put Mason's on, so now she has her own. Thanks PaPa and GiGi for loving them so well!
Can't get over how cute she looks...
Before we put them down for naps, we had some family time in the bounce house. So fun to watch them jump and wrestle with daddy!
It was such a special day! We are so thankful God let us be their mommy and daddy!
