Birthday cake table! Of coarse, saw the background on pinterest and had to recreate it!
Love how it turned out!My mom once again out did herself on the cakes! They not only look amazing, but taste just as wonderful!
So the 1st part of the party was separated in two parts. With a party with 30 kids, and ages 6 and under I had to be creative. The big boys had a nerf gun obstacle coarse! It was so fun, and I think all the boys loved it! I didn't do a great job of taking pictures, but I did get one to show what they did.
They started by going down the slide, and crawling under the string.
Picked up a nerf gun and shot the target Mason made:-)
Crawled through a big refrigerator box...Picked up another gun and shot a target that was stapled to the fence.
They crawled through the box of balls...
Picked up another nerf gun and shot the balloons...
Ran over and shot the minion pinata hanging from the tree...
Then ran through this..
Picked up a water balloon and through at one of our friends, Mr.Jason. He was so gracious to allow the kids throw water balloons at them. Mason said that was the best part. (Not sure how I didn't get a picture of him dodging water balloons!)
I was the the small kids most of the time, but when I was watching them all the kids had huge smiles! You can see Mr. Jason a little bit in the background of this picture. Here are a few of the obstacle coarse fun!
When the little kids finished painting, they joined in the fun!
Mason and his buddy Cade. The boys wrote their names on their orange bands...
Birthday girl in the box of balls. She stayed in there an hour and a half while we set up for the party.
Reagan and Ms. Kathryn watching all the fun...
While the big kids were doing the obstacle coarse our sweet neighbors allowed us to use their backyard. We did bubbles which is one of Micah's favorite things! Then we painted a canvas. I put tape of all their initials on each canvas so after they painted it and took the tape off, they had painted an initial canvas!
Gracie's G...
After the outside fun, we had an awesome lunch thanks to my dad! Hot dogs, chips and fruite for the kids, and fajitas, sausage, homemade salsa, and beans. It was amazing as always, and we are so thankful he cooked for our party! We couldn't have pulled this off without the help of my mom and dad! They continue to bless us tremendously!
A rare picture of all 5 of us!
Love Mason's smile in this one...Reagan has all kinds of help:-)
Reagan and her first cupcake...
She pulled it to her mouth, and ate the WHOLE thing!
Looking at her daddy!
Micah sat by her cake all morning... she couldn't wait to eat that icing!
Such a happy girl!
Finally the pinata.. kids this age LOVE pinatas! My mom got this one in Mexico for $20. The materials had to cost $20.
A line of adorable little kids!
Mason started before any one else..
Reagan and her GiGi...
Micah put all her candy in her hat, and sat on the deck while people were leaving and we were cleaning it up and managed to eat most of it without any of us noticing!
We are so thankful for all of our friends and family that came to celebrate Mason, Micah, and Reagan! I am thankful we could value our sweet babies this way. We will see how long Mason will want a party with his sisters, but this one was a fun one!
